Barbara's career in human resources management has been both long and varied. Most of it has been centered on financial services, working for some of the largest and most well-known banks in the U.S. In addition, she has also contributed to HR programs in the biotechnology, research, and manufacturing spaces.
In 2002 she relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area from Metro Boston and put her HR career on hold until 2010 when she re-entered the field, taking on a number of contract HR clients.
Barbara holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Regis College and a master's in organizational development from Boston College. Additionally, she is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and an active member of SHRM.

Leah is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years of experience across the industry. She has a proven ability to integrate as a strategic partner of the organization and incorporate the human resources strategy into the overall business operating plan.
Her professional resume includes holding director-level HR roles with a number of Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she has cross-functional industry experience in the finance, transportation, insurance, and real estate spaces and has consulted with several smaller companies on their HR needs.
Leah holds a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, is a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR), and is an active member of SHRM. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

With almost 30 years of HR experience, Greg drives strategy for the Camella HR Solutions Talent Acquisitions team while working to ensure clients achieve their recruiting goals by using full life cycle recruiting tactics. Greg joined Camella HR Solutions in 2022.
Before joining Camella HR Solutions, he retired from the US Air Force in 2014, where he served 18 of his 22-year career in the Air Force Recruiting Service. After his retirement, he served as a Senior Recruiter, HR Quality Project Manager, and a Senior HR Business Partner with highly regarded firms in Kentucky.
Greg earned his BA in Human Resources Management from Ashford University. Additionally, he holds a SHRM-SCP and SPHR designation and is an active member of the North Texas SHRM.
Karime is a bilingual professional with more than 15 years of experience working in fast-paced environments, including private and public industries in Mexico and in the US. She is an expert in the HR field and possesses a unique vision and strategic thinking that has contributed to the organizations of which she has been a part in order to improve their internal communications and succeed in their business goals.
She holds a Business Degree in Administration from the TEC de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey, Mexico. In 2005 she moved to the US and focused her career as an HR Manager for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs for many years.
Back in Mexico City for a few years, she held a strategic position as the Chief of Staff for a global company leader in the security industry.
In 2019, she relocated to the US, and since then, she has continued her career in the HR field and is an active member of SHRM.
Karime currently resides in Houston, TX.
